Cast steel fence panel is made of high carbon content steel. Cast steel or iron material cannot be used for forging process, it can only be used to extract steel or casting into items.

Compared with wrought iron material suitable for forging and welding, cast iron fence is not so soft, not so extending and flexible, but it is hard and strong.

To achieve effective decoration and good corrosion resistance, Hexi cast steel fences and railings are supplied with various finishes: galvanized, epoxy coated, polyester coated, etc.

Four Major Surface Treatment Types for Steel Cast Fencing Panels:  

a> Hot-dip Galvanized: To work electrochemical protection, to prevent base steel rusting from inside to outside

b> Zinc Phosphate: To enhance the adhesive power of coated film to base steel

c> Epoxy Zinc-rich Powder Coat: Excellent antiseptic performance and impact resisting performance

d> Polyester Color Coat: Good wear and UV-stability, Long Anti-dirty performance and self-cleaning
